What is the POBama Effect?

Yay, Obama for rejecting Keystone XL—I am counting  on this to slow down the tar sands devastation.

And bless this Rock Star Pope Francis on Climate Action to get the conversation going.I think of it as the “PObama" effect for the Universe. Double Whammy!
